How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Because we keep our entire assortment in stock, we can usually send your order within one day. Orders placed in the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered the next day.

How can I pay?

Because each hide of leather is unique, the dimensions are never the same and the definite price can only be calculated when we picked your order in our warehouse. This also is the reason why you cannot pay directly in the web shop. We send your invoice together with your order. You can pay after delivery.

Can I also place an order from another country?

You can of course place an order in our web shop from another country. However, it may take a while longer to deliver. It depends on the country and distance.

I am already a customer, how does the ordering procedure work?

STEP 1
SELECT YOUR PRODUCT

Choose the product you want from our assortment. The filters on the left make searching through our assortment easier. You can also use the text field above the filters to search directly by article number or name.


STEP 2
SELECT THE COLOUR YOU WANT

After choosing an article, select the colour you want. Take your computer screen’s colour settings into account. The colours of leather articles displayed on screen may be different in reality.


STEP 3
SELECT THE QUANTITIES

Enter the number of hides you want.


STEP 4
ENTER YOUR DETAILS

Enter your details before proceeding to the checkout page. If you are an existing customer, you can log in with your user name and password. Enter the shipping address if it is different to the billing address.


STEP 5
CHECK YOUR DETAILS

Check your order and details, and then place your order. A few minutes after doing this, you will receive email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation from us within 15 minutes, it may have been diverted to your junk email box.

I am not yet a customer, can I also order products?

If you are not yet one of our customers, you cannot directly order products in our web shop. You can, however, request a quote for specific products shown on the site.
